No. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID, not to the device. On the new phone open Settings → Restore purchases, making sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Check that you are connected to the internet and tap Restore purchases in the settings. If the problem persists, fully close the app and reopen it: the purchase confirmation can take a moment to arrive from Apple. If it still does not unlock, write to us with the purchase date.
No. The journal stays on the device where you wrote it and never passes through a server — deliberately, since these are personal thoughts. To take them elsewhere, use Settings → Export journal, which produces a shareable text file.
Yes, unless your device backup preserves it. Export the journal from the settings before uninstalling.
Check that your phone is not on silent and that the media volume is turned up. The narrations are bundled with the app and need no connection, so a network problem cannot be the cause. If audio stops when you switch apps, check in iOS settings that the app is not restricted in the background.
Yes. Texts, illustrations and audio are all inside the app: it works entirely offline, including on a plane.
Turn it on in Settings → Daily reminder and pick a time. If nothing appears, check that notifications are allowed for the app in iOS settings: if you declined them at first launch, the app tells you and offers a shortcut to reopen them.
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple, not by the developer. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, signing in with your Apple ID.
Do write in: every request is read and genuinely shapes what gets added. Anyone who has already purchased receives new parables at no extra cost.
No, they are narrative adaptations inspired by the Gospel references shown for each parable. Descriptions, secondary dialogue and setting details are added to make the story work when listened to. The exact reference is always displayed so you can read the original passage.
