Le Parabole di Gesù
In short. By using the app you accept these terms, which supplement Apple's standard terms for apps downloaded from the App Store. The purchase is one-time and is not a subscription.
Le Parabole di Gesù collects Gospel parables, each with an illustrated audio narration, synced subtitles, the full text split into scenes, and a personal space for your own reflections.
Some parables are available in full, free of charge, and are marked as such inside the app. The others require the purchase described below. Which ones, and how many, may change over time.
The stories are narrative adaptations inspired by the Gospel references shown for each parable. They are not Bible translations or literal quotations of scripture: descriptions, secondary dialogue and setting details are narrative elements added to make the story work when listened to.
The app is not an official expression of any denomination, diocese or religious institution, and is not intended to replace reading the Gospel itself.
The in-app purchase that unlocks all parables is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: it does not renew, does not expire and involves no further charges.
It unlocks every parable currently in the app as well as those added in the future, at no additional cost.
The purchase is tied to your Apple ID rather than to a single device: you can restore it on any device signed in with the same account, using Restore purchases in the app settings.
The price may change for new buyers; those who have already purchased keep their access without paying any difference.
Payment is collected by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are handled solely by Apple and must be requested at reportaproblem.apple.com: the developer has no way to issue refunds or reverse a transaction.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app and its content for personal, study or prayer purposes, including non-commercial family, catechetical or parish settings.
Extracting, copying, redistributing, uploading to other platforms or reselling the audio recordings, illustrations and texts is not permitted, nor is using them to train automated systems. They are works protected by copyright.
The reflections you write remain yours and remain on your device. The developer does not access them, does not receive them and claims no rights over them.
Their preservation depends on your device and your backups: if you delete the app without exporting your journal, those entries are lost.
The app is provided as is. The developer aims to keep it working but does not warrant that it will be free of errors or compatible with every future version of iOS. Content may be corrected, improved or expanded over time.
To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damages arising from use of the app is excluded. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract remain unaffected.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers retain the jurisdiction of their place of residence or domicile.
